After studying psychology in Holland, Eric Schaub left his native country for Paris. With four fluently spoken languages in his luggage, he quickly installed himself in the industry of managing careers of talent.

After being a casting director assistant for Rolf Scheider and organizing the first photo tests for Eva Herzigova in 1990, he was quickly hired by major model agencies to develop his skills. After working at Ford models in Paris, who opened their Paris branch in the beginning of the nineties, Eric directed and managed the booking table at Viva Models Paris from 1997 until 1999, and from 2000 until 2007 he has been directing and managing the booking table at City Models Paris.

In 2007 Next Model Management hired him and than in 2008 he took over the direction of the booking table Women Management Paris, and finally in 2015 he joined Marilyn Agency in Paris, where he directed the women’s board.

During that time Eric produced projects for models such as Christy Turlington, Naomi Campbell, Bridget Hall, Claudia Schiffer,Shalom Harlow, Ines Sastre, Trish Goff, Elle McPherson, Jerry Hall, Audrey Marney, Ines Sastre, Carmen Kass, Isabella Rosselini, Frankie Rayder, Eva Herzigova, Devon Aoki, Kate Moss, Querelle Jansen, Natasha Poly, Isabelli Fontana, Lea Holzfuss, Karmen Pedaru, Petra Nemcova, Kasia Struss and for clients such as Chanel, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Lancome, Prada, Miu Miu, Guerlain, Chopard, Cartier, Lacoste, Dom Perignon, L’Oreal, Nivea, Jill Sander, Schwarzkopff, Wella, Hermes, Jean Paul Gaultier, Otto, Trois Suisses, La Redoute, Hugo Boss, H&M, Le Bon Marché, Galeries Lafayette, as well as the advertising agencies BBDO, DDB, Young & Rubicam, McCann Erickson, Publicis, Euro RSCG, Ogilvy, Grey, J Walter Thompson, and Les Ouvriers du Paradis.

Eric established strong relations with stylists such as Katie Grand, Anastasia Barbieri, Carine Roithfeld, Joe Mckenna, Emmanuelle Alt, art directors such as Robin Derrick, Thomas Lenthal, Michel Mallard, and photographers like Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Mario Sorrenti, Ellen von Unwerth, Peter Lindberg, Paolo Roversi, Karl Lagerfeld, Terry Richardson, David Sims, Mert & Marcus, and Vincent Peters to name a few…

Over the last 20 years Eric has produced as well projects with photographer Anton Corbijn, namely John Lee Hooker, Naomi Campbell, Johnny Cash, Johnny Hallyday, Nastasia Kinski, Isabella Rosselini, Clint Eastwood, Johnny Depp, Noir Desir, Abel Ferrara (Citizen K), Michael Stipe (Colette Magazine), Gaspar Noe (trilogy short movies for Canal Plus) and Jean Loup Sieff (Stern).
